The Problem

Your automations send emails. Ugly ones.

Your macro fires on a new order. The email it sends? Plain text. No logo, no layout. Building HTML tables by hand is not the answer.

FAQ

Questions? Answered.

Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Templates export as XHTML 1.0 with table-based layouts: the gold standard for email compatibility. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo. All render correctly.
Can I use my own fonts and colors?
Yes. The design system has 6 color tokens and 4 typography presets. Change a token once, every block updates. Override per-block when you need to.
How does PDF export work?
Click the PDF button. The template renders with full CSS (not the table-based email layout) and downloads as a print-optimized PDF. Invoices, receipts, reports.
How do templates connect to macros?
Add the "send template email" command to any macro flow. Pick the template by ID, set the recipient, and optionally override the subject. When the macro runs, your branded email sends automatically with dynamic tags filled in.
