69 featured commands
Admin notices
Collect supported admin notices, dismiss matching notices, or snooze them by hours. Controls are per user; changed notice markup can produce a new hash.
tools
Help
Browse the TrueCommander command catalogue by category and inspect available syntax. Command visibility and execution depend on current permissions.
tools
Create custom script
Inject named frontend JavaScript snippets via startup commands. Each snippet is independent and toggleable. No theme dependency, no header-footer plugin.
tools
Create custom CSS
Inject custom CSS snippets from the WordPress admin. Each snippet named and toggleable, no theme dependency, no third-party plugin.
tools
Debug PHP errors
Toggle PHP error capture from the WordPress admin. See warnings, notices, fatals and deprecated calls color-coded by severity. No file editing required.

100 command variants. One license.

The full command library ships with TrueCommander. AI requests use available credits.

Complete syntax and execution contexts

The shipped catalogue contains 90 built-in and 10 AI variants. These Advanced-mode examples come from TrueCommander 1.0.1. In Easy mode, omit the tp or tp ai prefix. Replace sample IDs and values before running a command.

Navigator availability still depends on permissions and prerequisites. Only contexts listed for a command are supported. A scheduled macro must contain schedule-compatible steps throughout; event-triggered macros have their own registration path. AI requires eligible licensing, connectivity, and available credits.

admin notices

Lists all WordPress admin notices captured from the current page. Dismiss or snooze individual notices to declutter your dashboard.

tp admin notices [-dismiss=HASH] [-snooze=HASH] [-hours=24] [-clear]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut.

debug mode

Toggles PHP error capturing. When active, collects errors, warnings, notices and fatal errors from frontend page loads and displays them inside the navigator. Use -off to disable, -clear to wipe the log.

tp debug mode [-off] [-clear]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut.

add images alts

Fills missing image alt text from captions, descriptions, titles, or filenames. Each run scans at most 300 matching attachments in ID order and saves a site-wide continuation cursor, so repeated runs advance through the library; the cursor resets after a complete traversal. Use -overwrite to replace nonblank alt text. Automatically generated text requires human review for accuracy, context, and decorative images.

tp add images alts [-overwrite]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, shortcut, macro.

list visitors

Shows active visitor count for the last 5 minutes, including guest vs logged-in breakdown and the most visited page.

tp list visitors

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

optimize images

Compresses up to 50 JPEG/PNG attachments per run and continues deterministically on later runs. Replaces a file only when it is at least 5% smaller, retains exact originals in private recovery storage for one hour, and can create non-destructive WebP sidecars. Automatic WebP upload conversion uses explicit idempotent enable, disable, and status actions.

tp optimize images [-webp=true] [-quality=82] | optimize images -restore=TOKEN | optimize images -auto-webp=enable|disable|status

Additional execution contexts: schedule, shortcut, macro.

help

Lists the actions available to your account, filtered by enabled features, active integrations, and your capabilities, with stable usage and parameter details.

tp help

Additional execution contexts: Navigator only.

export products csv

Creates a bounded operational CSV snapshot of WooCommerce parent products. The owner-bound one-time download is stored outside the public site and expires after 1 hour. Use -status to select publish, draft, private, pending, or any; -limit to export 1–5000 rows; -fields to choose columns (and optionally rename a header via key:Label); and -filename to set a plain file name. The receipt states whether the selected limit omitted additional matches. This is not WooCommerce's import-compatible catalogue export. Valid fields: id, sku, name, type, status, regular_price, sale_price, price, stock_status, stock_quantity, categories, tags, weight, length, width, height, short_description, description, image_url, product_url, date_created, featured, total_sales. Formula-like headings and cells are escaped.

tp export products csv [-status=publish] [-limit=5000] [-fields=id,sku,name] [-filename=my-export]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, shortcut, macro.

replace

Safely finds and replaces text in supported public post fields. Preview is the default and never writes. Live runs require -dry-run=false -confirm=REPLACE, update at most 100 matching posts while scanning at most 500 candidates, and resume by an actor/scope-specific cursor until the pass is complete. Successful writes return a one-hour token that restores exact original fields independently of revisions. Completed scheduled or macro runs do not start over unless -restart=true is explicitly supplied.

tp replace -from="old text" -to="new text" [-dry-run=true] [-post_type=post] [-post_status=publish] [-post_ids=1,2] [-fields=content,title] [-case_sensitive=false] [-whole_word=true] [-regex=false] [-limit=500] [-restart=false] | replace -from="old text" -to="new text" -dry-run=false -confirm=REPLACE [...] | replace -restore=TOKEN

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule.

block ip

Adds one canonical IP or CIDR network to a verified enabled whole-site Rule (maximum 250 unique entries). Existing conditional, dated and disabled Rules remain separate. Logged-in administrators with manage_options bypass enforcement so wp-admin recovery remains available. Matching trusts REMOTE_ADDR only; a reverse proxy must safely replace REMOTE_ADDR at the server layer before WordPress runs.

tp block ip -ip=1.2.3.4 [-force=true]

Additional execution contexts: startup, macro, schedule.

unblock ip

Atomically removes the canonical IP or CIDR network from every stored block-IP Rule, preserving each Rule's owner, conditions and dates. Pass `-all=true` to delete every block-IP Rule across owners, including malformed legacy rows. A host address does not remove a containing CIDR network.

tp unblock ip -ip=1.2.3.4 | unblock ip -all=true

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule.

limit login attempts

Limits WordPress password and REST/XML-RPC Application Password authentication by canonical REMOTE_ADDR. After -max failures inside a fixed -window, that address is rejected for -lockout seconds. Existing authenticated sessions remain available for recovery. Configuration changes, disable and plugin deactivation invalidate earlier counters and lockouts. Defaults: 900-second window and 1800-second lockout. Pass -disable=true or -max=0 to turn protection off.

tp limit login attempts -max=5 [-window=900] [-lockout=1800] | limit login attempts -disable=true

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

clear revisions

Previews a bounded batch of up to 200 post revisions by default. Permanent deletion requires -dry-run=false and -confirm=DELETE, has no built-in undo, and should follow a verified database backup. Autosaves are preserved unless explicitly included.

tp clear revisions [-post_type=post] [-include_autosaves=false] [-dry-run=true] [-confirm=DELETE]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro.

limit revisions

Sets one site-wide Rule for future post revisions. Use -total=0 to disable revisions or -total=-1 for unlimited; accepted values are whole numbers from -1 through 100. Disable or delete the Rule to restore WordPress's prior revision policy.

tp limit revisions -total=5

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

generate product qr code

Creates one verified PNG for a published, non-password-protected top-level WooCommerce product. The deterministic uploads path uses verified same-directory replacement, byte-identical legacy output can be adopted, and unowned or externally modified files are preserved. Owned output is removed on permanent product deletion or plugin uninstall. Requires bundled phpqrcode and PHP GD. Module size defaults to 5 and accepts 1-10.

tp generate product qr code -product_id=123 [-size=5]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

duplicate page

Creates a verified draft copy of exactly one WordPress page, preserving its content, safe metadata, taxonomies, hierarchy, and page-builder data. Requires an exact positive page ID and permission to edit the source and create pages. Detected copy failures remove the incomplete draft.

tp duplicate page -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

duplicate post

Creates a verified draft copy of exactly one WordPress post, preserving its content, safe metadata, categories, tags, and editor data. Requires an exact positive post ID and permission to edit the source and create posts. Detected copy failures remove the incomplete draft.

tp duplicate post -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

duplicate product

Uses WooCommerce's product engine to create a verified draft copy with safe product data, taxonomies, attributes, unique parent and variation SKUs, and reset sales/review aggregates. Requires an exact positive top-level product ID plus source-edit and product-create permission. Detected failures remove the incomplete product tree.

tp duplicate product -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

delete post

Moves a post to trash (not permanent delete). Requires a positive integer ID and is reversible from wp-admin → Posts → Trash. Idempotent — re-running on an already-trashed post returns `already_trashed`. Only works on `post` post types; use `delete page` / `delete product` for others.

tp delete post -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

delete page

Moves a page to trash (not permanent delete). Requires a positive integer ID and is reversible from wp-admin → Pages → Trash. Idempotent — re-running on an already-trashed page returns `already_trashed`. Only works on `page` post types.

tp delete page -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

delete product

Moves a WooCommerce product to trash (not permanent delete). Requires WooCommerce and a positive integer ID. Reversible from wp-admin → Products → Trash. WooCommerce trashes a variable product's child variations with the parent and restores them with the parent. Permanently emptying the trash deletes them.

tp delete product -id=123

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

check plugin updates

Lists cached plugin updates with exact file identity, active scope, package availability, and WordPress/PHP compatibility. Use -refresh for a fresh provider check. Updating one exact plugin requires -update and -confirm=true and uses WordPress temporary-backup rollback.

tp check plugin updates [-refresh] [-update=plugin-file -confirm=true]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

activate plugin

Activates one installed plugin by exact plugin file. An exact legacy folder identifier remains supported when it identifies only one plugin. WordPress version, PHP, dependency, actor and network restrictions are enforced and the resulting state is verified.

tp activate plugin -slug=plugin-file

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

deactivate plugin

Deactivates one site-active plugin by exact plugin file. An exact legacy folder identifier remains supported when unambiguous. Active dependents, network-active plugins, target authority and the active product's self-deactivation are guarded and the resulting state is verified.

tp deactivate plugin -slug=plugin-file

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

enable ga4

Injects the Google Analytics 4 tracking snippet into frontend pages where its Startup Rule applies. With consent_aware=true, a site consent integration must grant the ga4 provider before the tag loads; without a grant it stays off. The measurement ID persists in the Startup Rule until that Rule is disabled or deleted.

tp enable ga4 -mid=G-XXXXXXX [-consent_aware=true]

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

enable gtm

Registers the Google Tag Manager container snippet as a startup command, respecting the command's lifecycle conditions. The container will only load on pages where the startup conditions evaluate to true (e.g., entire_site, specific pages, post types). Includes both <head> script and <noscript> body snippet. Managed as a startup command — disable or remove the startup entry to stop GTM from loading.

tp enable gtm -cid=GTM-XXXXXXX

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

enable google login

Classic 'Sign in with Google' (OAuth authorization code flow). Distinct from `enable google one tap login`: that's a passive prompt; this attaches a click listener to your CSS selector and takes the user through Google's full-page consent screen, then exchanges the returned code for tokens server-side. REQUIREMENTS: (1) HTTPS in production. (2) Register the callback URL (shown in the command output) as an Authorized redirect URI in your Google Cloud OAuth client. (3) Your client_secret is stored in wp_options — same sensitivity model as SMTP credentials. Integrates with the existing `google login` macro trigger.

tp enable google login -client_id=XXX.apps.googleusercontent.com -client_secret=XXX -selector=.google-login-btn [-redirect=/dashboard] [-create_users=true] | enable google login -disable=true

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

enable google one tap login

Shows Google's One Tap sign-in prompt to frontend visitors after a configurable delay. On a successful prompt, the user's Google credential is signature-checked server-side against Google's rotating public keys, the matching WP user is logged in (or created, if -create_users=true), and the browser is redirected. REQUIREMENTS: (1) HTTPS — Google One Tap only runs on secure origins (localhost is the development exception). (2) Your Google Cloud OAuth client must list this site's origin under Authorized JavaScript origins. Integrates with the existing `google one tap login` macro trigger.

tp enable google one tap login -client_id=XXX.apps.googleusercontent.com [-delay=3] [-redirect=/dashboard] [-hide_for_logged_in=true] [-create_users=true] | enable google one tap login -disable=true

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

enable facebook login

'Continue with Facebook' via Facebook Login (OAuth authorization code flow). Attaches a click listener to your CSS selector and takes the user through Facebook's consent dialog, then exchanges the returned code for an access token server-side and reads the profile from Graph API. REQUIREMENTS: (1) HTTPS in production. (2) Register the callback URL (shown in the command output) as a Valid OAuth Redirect URI in your Facebook app's Facebook Login settings. (3) Your app_secret is stored in wp_options — same sensitivity model as SMTP credentials. Integrates with the existing `facebook login` macro trigger.

tp enable facebook login -app_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX -app_secret=XXX -selector=.facebook-login-btn [-redirect=/dashboard] [-create_users=true] | enable facebook login -disable=true

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

enable fb pixel

tp enable fb pixel -pid=PIXEL_ID

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

enable utm tracking

Captures utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign / utm_term / utm_content from incoming frontend visits, stores them in the trc_utms table, and drops a `trc_utm_id` cookie (30-day TTL) so later commands / macros can read the visitor's attribution. Each unique UTM combination creates a new row + fresh cookie. Intended to be saved as a Startup Command so the capture hook registers on every frontend page load.

tp enable utm tracking

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

get user utm

Returns the current visitor's UTM attribution, keyed off the `trc_utm_id` cookie dropped by `enable utm tracking`. Optional `-tags` narrows to specific UTM fields (CSV); omit to return all five. Designed for macro steps / API bodies that need to pass the attribution to a CRM, webhook, or email. `has_utm` is false when the cookie is absent or points to a pruned row — branch on it to skip downstream steps cleanly.

tp get user utm [-tags=utm_source,utm_campaign]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, startup, shortcut.

clear utm

Deletes trc_utms rows with visit_time strictly before the given date. Intended as a scheduled cleanup so attribution history doesn't grow unbounded. `-till=2026-03-20` keeps 2026-03-20 onward and removes everything older.

tp clear utm -till=YYYY-MM-DD

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro, shortcut.

enable hotjar

Registers the Hotjar tracking snippet as a startup command, respecting lifecycle conditions. Injects the Hotjar script only on pages where conditions evaluate to true. Managed as a startup command — disable or remove the startup entry to stop Hotjar tracking.

tp enable linkedin tag -lid=INSIGHT_ID

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

create custom script

Injects a user-authored JavaScript snippet into the frontend for an actor allowed to publish unfiltered HTML. Designed as a startup command — register once in Startup Commands and the script outputs on every page load. Each registered entry adds an independent <script> block (accumulate model — remove the startup entry to remove the script). The code is output raw inside <script> tags; you are responsible for its correctness.

tp create custom script -code="console.log('hi');" [-location=footer] [-name="My script"]

Additional execution contexts: startup, macro, schedule, shortcut.

create custom css

Injects a user-authored CSS snippet into the frontend. Designed as a startup command — register once in Startup Commands and the style outputs on every page load. Each registered entry adds an independent <style> block (accumulate model — remove the startup entry to remove the style). The code is output raw inside <style> tags; you are responsible for its correctness.

tp create custom css -code="body{background:#000}" [-location=header] [-name="My css"]

Additional execution contexts: startup, macro, schedule, shortcut.

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

create child theme

Creates a child theme from the currently active WordPress theme.

tp create child theme [-name=MyChildTheme] [-activate]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut.

password protect

Creates or updates a password-wall Rule for WordPress-rendered frontend requests. Use a password of at least 8 bytes. Logged-in users and WordPress service endpoints bypass the wall; directly served files and page/CDN caches are outside it, so this is not web-server access control. The stored Rule contains only a one-way password hash. Disable or delete the Rule to restore normal visitor access.

tp password protect -password=secret

Additional execution contexts: startup.

maintenance mode

Creates or updates a maintenance Rule for WordPress-rendered frontend requests. Anonymous visitors receive a 503 page while logged-in users and WordPress service endpoints bypass it. Directly served files and page/CDN caches are outside the Rule. Optionally set a plain-text headline and message; disable or delete the Rule to restore normal visitor access.

tp maintenance mode

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro, schedule.

hide login

Hides the default WordPress login page (/wp-login.php) and /wp-admin from public access by moving the login to a custom URL. Non-logged-in visitors get a 404 on the old URLs. Run without parameters to check current status. Use -disable to restore defaults. Emergency recovery: /wp-login.php?trc_recovery=<your_secret_token>.

tp hide login -slug=manage

Additional execution contexts: shortcut.

discount

Configures a reversible WooCommerce product-pricing Rule for the next request. Use a plain percentage from 0.01 through 100 with at most four decimal places. Entire Site applies to every product; advanced Rules may use only All Products, Specific Products, Product Categories, or Product Price conditions so the same scope follows products through catalogue, cart and checkout requests. Existing sale prices are discounted further, stored prices remain unchanged, and the single highest percentage wins when Rules overlap. Disable or delete the Rule to restore stored prices.

tp discount -percent=10

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

scan broken links

Runs one bounded, read-only verification snapshot of HTTP(S) links embedded in published content. It does not crawl destination pages or provide continuous monitoring. Only 404 and 410 are called broken; restricted, unsafe and inconclusive destinations are reported separately. Continue explicitly with the returned post/link cursors.

tp scan broken links [-post_type=page] [-limit=50] [-post_limit=20] [-post_cursor=123] [-link_cursor=4]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro.

create backup

Creates a restore-oriented ZIP of site files and the database. The one-time administrator download expires after 1 hour. On multisite this is a network-admin-only network backup. Use -remove_old=true to delete previous archives only after the replacement succeeds.

tp create backup [-archive_name=my-backup] [-remove_old=true]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, shortcut, macro.

send email

Sends one bounded plain-text email through WordPress without requiring Templates or SMTP features. An optional idempotency key prevents the same accepted message from being sent again for 24 hours; without one, replay can send another email.

tp send email -to=author@example.com -subject="Post published" -body="Your post is live." [-idempotency_key=post-123-published]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro, shortcut.

send template email

tp send template email [-template_id] [-to] [-subject]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro.

generate pdf

Generates a PDF file from a document template with dynamic tag substitution. Optionally password-protects the output — the template's stored PDF password is used by default, or override per-run with -password (supports trigger / chain / {{var.x}} placeholders).

tp generate pdf [-template_id] [-file_name] [-password]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro.

send api

Sends an HTTP request using a saved API configuration. Supports {{dynamic tags}} in URL, headers, and body for trigger / variable substitution.

tp send api [-api_id]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, schedule, macro.

create gtm event

Creates GA4-ready GTM dataLayer tracking rule

tp create gtm event -name="Event name" -target="type"

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

create fb event

Creates a Facebook Pixel tracking event. Fires fbq('track', ...) for Facebook standard events or fbq('trackCustom', ...) for custom names. Requires `enable fb pixel` to have run (typically as a startup command) so window.fbq exists.

tp create fb event -name="Lead" -target="cf7_form" [-event_type=track|trackCustom] [-form_id=123] [-value=50] [-currency=USD]

Additional execution contexts: startup, shortcut, macro.

create clarity event

tp filter product [-limit=50] [-price-from=50] [-price-to=100] [-price-above=500] [-category=shoes] [-category_id=10] [-in-stock] [-stock-below=10] [-no-image] [-sales=0] [-days=30]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

detect checkout issues

Reviews WooCommerce orders in failed status across the last N site-calendar days, grouped by payment gateway and day. Pass -include_pending=true to also list pending orders whose last update is older than -pending_stale_hours. Results are bounded, currency-separated and data-minimal. Order statuses are review signals only; this command does not determine checkout or payment root causes.

tp detect checkout issues [-days=7] [-limit=200] [-include_pending=true] [-pending_stale_hours=2]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

add order note

Adds one bounded private note to an exact standard WooCommerce order. A required event or run idempotency key makes replay safe: the same key and note are deduplicated, while different content fails closed.

tp add order note -order_id=123 -note="Packed by the evening team." -idempotency_key=order-123-completed

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

resolve order customer

Resolves whether an exact standard WooCommerce order belongs to an existing registered WordPress user, a guest, or a deleted account. It reads only WooCommerce's stored customer ID and never guesses an account from billing email or name.

tp resolve order customer -order_id=123

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

normalize form submission

Maps an allowlisted set of destinations from one live Contact Form 7 or Elementor Pro submission. It must be the first Workflow step after that form trigger. Raw provider fields remain in bounded request memory only; the receipt exposes mapping names and counts, never submitted values.

tp normalize form submission [-map_record_type=record-type] [-map_email=your-email] [-map_username=username] [-map_first_name=first-name] [-map_last_name=last-name] [-map_display_name=display-name] [-map_post_title=title] [-map_post_content=message] [-map_post_excerpt=summary]

Additional execution contexts: macro.

create post

Creates one verified core WordPress draft from bounded normalized form data. The Workflow owner is the author; publishing, custom post types, taxonomies, metadata and HTML are not accepted. A required caller/run key provides exact replay recovery.

tp create post -post_title="{{step1.post_title}}" [-post_content="{{step1.post_content}}"] [-post_excerpt="{{step1.post_excerpt}}"] -idempotency_key="form-{{step1.email}}-{{step1.post_title}}"

Additional execution contexts: macro.

create user

Creates one verified single-site WordPress account from bounded normalized form data. It generates an undisclosed random password and assigns only the site's non-administrative default role. Existing identities, custom roles, supplied passwords and multisite fail closed.

tp create user -email="{{step1.email}}" -username="{{step1.username}}" [-first_name="{{step1.first_name}}"] [-last_name="{{step1.last_name}}"] [-display_name="{{step1.display_name}}"] -idempotency_key="form-{{step1.email}}"

Additional execution contexts: macro.

filter order

tp filter order [-limit=50] [-status=completed] [-total-above=100] [-total-below=20] [-days=7] [-customer=email@example.com] [-product=123]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

find inactive users

Reports account-review candidates whose newest detected WordPress signal is at least N elapsed days old. Signals are TrueAutomate-recorded logins, authored posts, approved comments and registration; they do not prove human or customer inactivity and exclude purchases, page views and external systems. Results are read-only, data-minimal and paged by user ID. Administrators are excluded by default.

tp find inactive users -days=60 [-role=subscriber | -exclude_roles=administrator,editor] [-limit=100] [-cursor=123]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

Filters WordPress users by role, registration date, country, or WooCommerce purchase history. Returns up to 200 matching users by default; use -limit to choose 1–1000. Each run checks at most 10000 users.

tp filter user [-limit=50] [-role=customer] [-registered-days=7] [-registered-before=2024-01-01] [-no-orders] [-orders-above=5] [-spent-above=500] [-spent-below=50] [-last-order-days=30] [-country=LT]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

create coupon

Creates and verifies a WooCommerce coupon. An exact same-code retry is a no-op; different existing fields are preserved as a conflict. Requires -coupon_name. Supports standard discount types, amount, expiry, usage/spend limits and product, category or email restrictions.

tp create coupon -coupon_name=SUMMER25 [-discount_type=percent] [-amount=25] [-expires=7 days] [-minimum_amount=50] [-usage_limit=100] [-individual_use=true] [-free_shipping=false]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

enable smtp

Routes WordPress outgoing mail through an SMTP server. Credentials stored per-admin in the startup commands table; re-issuing the command updates the existing entry. Auto-registered as a startup command so the override stays active across requests.

tp enable smtp -host=smtp.gmail.com -username=me@example.com -password=secret [-port=587] [-encryption=tls] [-from_email=] [-from_name=] [-auth=true]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

get user cookie

Reads one public preference cookie from the current HTTP request. Authentication, session, secret-like, WordPress, WooCommerce and TrueAutomate names are unavailable; unsafe or oversized values are reported but not exposed. This command has no meaningful scheduled context.

tp get user cookie -name=my_pref

Additional execution contexts: macro, shortcut.

set user cookie

Queues a host-only SameSite=Lax cookie header for the current browser response and updates this request's cookie state. The browser applies or rejects that instruction after the response; deletion is not browser-verified. Authentication, session, secret-like, WordPress, WooCommerce and TrueAutomate names are unavailable. This command has no meaningful scheduled context.

tp set user cookie -name=my_pref -value=dark [-expires=-1|0|1..400] [-path=/] [-httponly=false]

Additional execution contexts: macro, shortcut.

redirect

Creates or updates one of up to 250 persistent site redirects. Source paths match case-insensitively. Internal chains resolve directly to their final destination and inherit an incoming query only when the final target has none; external HTTP(S) targets never inherit request queries. Cycles are rejected. A shared site Rule is maintained automatically so the stored map runs on later frontend requests.

tp redirect -from=/old-page -to=/new-page [-status=301] [-remove=true]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

revenue today

Runs the shared WooCommerce revenue report for today's full site-calendar day. Reports final order totals before refunds, recorded refunds, and net revenue. Mixed-currency results require an explicit currency.

tp revenue today [-status=completed,processing] [-currency=EUR]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

revenue

Runs a bounded WooCommerce revenue report over full site-calendar days. Reports final order totals before refunds, recorded refunds, and net revenue. Dates accept YYYY-MM-DD, today, yesterday, or N days ago; mixed-currency results require an explicit currency.

tp revenue -from=2025-01-01 -to=2025-01-31 [-status=completed,processing] [-currency=EUR]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

assign post terms

Adds 1–50 existing term IDs or exact slugs to one post without replacing unrelated assignments. The Action validates the post, taxonomy, terms and execution actor, serializes its mutation, verifies the final state and restores the previous terms after a detected failure.

tp assign post terms -post_id=123 -taxonomy=category -terms=news,7

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

assign user role

Makes one existing site role the exact user's sole registered role while preserving individual capabilities. The Action blocks self-changes, super-admin targets, higher roles and last-administrator removal, then serializes and verifies the mutation with compensating recovery on failure.

tp assign user role -user_id=123 -role=customer

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

assign user tag

Attaches one canonical TrueAutomate tag to an exact user after target-level authority checks. Repeating the same tag is a verified no-op. Tags are limited to 100 per user and stored as individual trc_user_tag metadata rows.

tp assign user tag -tag=vip -user_id=123

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

remove user tag

Detaches one canonical TrueAutomate tag from an exact user, or removes all owned tags with -all=true. Repeating a missing removal is a verified no-op. Remove-one and remove-all cannot be combined; mutations are serialized, verified and restored on detected failure.

tp remove user tag -tag=vip -user_id=123 | remove user tag -all=true -user_id=123

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

update user meta

Creates or updates one public scalar user-meta field (maximum 4096 bytes). Protected, WordPress-managed, role/capability and secret-like keys are unavailable. user_id may be omitted only in Navigator; saved automation requires an explicit ID.

tp update user meta [-user_id=123] -meta_key=preferred_theme -meta_value=dark

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, startup, shortcut.

Lists up to 100 public user-meta keys and scalar values. Protected, WordPress-managed, role/capability and secret-like keys are always unavailable; structured and values above 4096 bytes are omitted. user_id may be omitted only in Navigator.

tp get user meta [-user_id=123] [-filter=billing_phone,billing_email] [-filter=billing_*]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, startup, shortcut.

update post fields

Updates one exact post's title, content or excerpt to bounded plain-text values inside a Workflow. At least one field is required. Post type and status are preserved, exact edit authority is rechecked, and detected write failures restore the prior field state.

tp update post fields -post_id=123 [-post_title="New title"] [-post_content="New content"] [-post_excerpt="New excerpt"]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule.

update post meta

Creates or updates one public scalar post-meta field (maximum 4096 bytes). Protected, managed and secret-like keys and revisions are unavailable. post_id may be omitted only in Navigator; saved automation requires an explicit ID.

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, startup, shortcut.

find duplicate content

Finds duplicate candidates among accessible posts, pages, and products using normalized content or title matching (strips HTML, block markers and registered shortcodes; ignores case and repeated whitespace). Read-only; review matches before deleting anything. A bounded scan reports whether more candidates remain. Use -types or -post/-page/-product, and -by=content, title, or both.

tp find duplicate content [-types=post,page,product] [-post=true] [-page=true] [-product=true] [-by=content|title|both] [-post_status=publish] [-min_length=100] [-limit=1000]

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, macro, schedule.

filter post

Finds accessible posts matching type, status, category, tag, author, featured image, content length, or modification date. Returns up to 200 matches by default (maximum 1000) plus a minimal typed post-record collection. Signed high-water cursors resume partial scans without including later inserts.

tp filter post [-limit=50] [-cursor=...] [-type=post] [-published] [-no-image] [-no-content] [-category=blog] [-tag=update] [-author=admin] [-updated-before=2024-01-01] [-words-below=300]

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

clear flamingo

Previews a bounded batch of current Flamingo inbound messages, or moves up to 100 matching messages to Flamingo Trash after explicit confirmation. Spam is the default scope. Existing Trash and legacy outbound rows are preserved.

tp clear flamingo [-from=2024-01-01] [-to=2024-12-31] [-type=spam] [-dry-run=true] [-confirm=TRASH]

Additional execution contexts: schedule, macro, shortcut.

disable feature

Stores one reversible, site-wide Rule per selected WordPress feature. The control takes effect on the next request; Workflow runs make the same durable author-owned change. Re-running an active feature is a verified no-op. Disabling automatic WP-Cron spawning requires an external cron request for dependable scheduled recovery.

tp disable feature -feature=comments,emojis

Additional execution contexts: startup, macro.

enable feature

Removes the named features from Rules owned by the execution author. TrueAutomate stops applying those controls on the next request unless another author's active Rule remains; WordPress configuration and other plugins may still control the underlying feature.

tp enable feature -feature=comments,emojis

hide menu

Stores one reversible Rule per top-level WordPress admin menu slug for the Rule owner. The menu is hidden from that user's navigation on the next admin request; other users are unaffected. This is a visibility preference, not access control: capabilities and direct URLs remain available.

tp hide menu -slug=tools.php

Additional execution contexts: startup, macro.

show menu

Removes the named top-level menu visibility Rules owned by the execution author. Matching menus return to that user's navigation on the next admin request. Other users' Rules are never changed; this command does not grant or revoke access.

tp show menu -slug=tools.php

Additional execution contexts: shortcut, schedule, macro.

salesforce api request

Authenticates to Salesforce via OAuth 2.0 (Username-Password flow), then performs a REST API call. The access token is cached for 30 minutes per login URL and credential set and auto-refreshed on 401. Login and instance URLs must use HTTPS Salesforce hosts. Parameters support {{placeholder}} substitution in Macro Commands; store credentials in Variables for reuse.

tp salesforce api request -client_id=... -client_secret=... -username=... -password=... -endpoint=/services/data/v59.0/sobjects/Contact -method=POST -body={"FirstName":"{{first_name}}"}

AI: analyze all prices

Uses AI to evaluate WooCommerce pricing and surface adjustment suggestions for a batch of products (default 20, max 50, ordered by product ID). Use offset to walk larger catalogs in slices. Read-only — does not change prices.

tp ai analyze all prices -limit=20 -offset=0

Additional execution contexts: macro, schedule, shortcut.

AI: send message

tp ai send message -message="hello"

Additional execution contexts: macro, shortcut.
